Hello! Thank you for visiting my site. Just as important as it is to get to know my clients, it is equally important for my clients to get to know me and what I can offer them. This helps ensure a good fit for your ultimate success.
I am passionate about therapy and helping my clients succeed. Life can be challenging. We all need a little assistance, sometimes, whether it is daily wear and tear or more chronic issues. I care about clients’ history and think it is important to work in all levels of care to truly understand what any client may go through on their journey to a happy life. This is why I diversified my experience treating clients at various levels of care, including inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient. I have worked with clients struggling with various diagnoses, such as anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and obsessive compulsive disorder, to name a few, as well as daily struggles with self-esteem, assertiveness, communication, self-care, etc. I have an eagerness to empower others, especially those from disadvantaged groups. Focusing on the positive and encouraging progress is essential in building motivation, while also honoring and giving a safe space to discuss the painful experiences. I always take a collaborative approach with my clients to help them reach their objectives effectively and efficiently.
